About this apartment rental
Newly renovated and stylishly furnished 3 bedroom plus den home awaits to welcome you in the Naples Lakes golf and Country club community, an Arnold Palmer Signature course.
This is a gated community with a fabulous newly renovated club house featuring fine and casual dining, fitness centre, tennis court, bocce, pickleball, beautiful newly built pool with cabana and outdoor restaurant and bar. plus many more amenities and services. Temporary membership can be arranged for guests upon request if interested. Membership transfer costs $650 for administration and clubhouse.
The space is
Comfortable, stylish with large open concept living space perfect for entertaining. Master bedroom has a King Bed with ensuite. The guest room has a queen bed with ensuite, The third bedroom has trundle bunk bed which sleeps 4 people. It can be used as a kids/grand kids bedroom or can be used by a couple with two kids. The trundle bed has a queen bed and two twin beds. In the den right off the kitchen there is a pull-out queen sofa bed that sleeps two. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with all the comforts and necessities of your own home. The kitchen also has a great breakfast bar.
A large screened balcony is available for your personal use overseeing a lake and the 16th hole of the Naples Lakes Country Club golf course.
Guest access
This is a safe community of wonderful residents. The unit has its own parking garage with one space available. for guests. Visitor parking is also available on premises. Also an elevator for accessibility to the unit. The village pool and hot tub also, bbq are a 2 minute walk away.
Also, in addition there is clubhouse pool and cabana which is short walking distance from home to be able to use by tenants.
Temporary country club access is available. Please enquire and we will make arrangements before your arrival. Daily golf fees apply and price is depends on the season. Please inquire as the club rates are subject to change.
Other things to note
Downtown Naples is a short 10-15 minute drive where you can enjoy the fabulous restaurant and shops of 5th and 3rd Avenues. The sunny Naples beaches are similarly close, including Marco Island.
Please note, that there’s going to be a charge for any damages to furniture or amenities. Please note, there’s no pet allowed by the guest in this community, unless there’s a proper and valid documentation of service and emotional support provided by the guest to be approved.

Condo has nice Bathrooms and Kitchen! Grill is a bit distant but we like to walk. Very friendly community and close to downtown Naples and Marco! We really enjoyed our stay!
