This spacious, brightly lit apartment measures 59m2 and is completely exterior-facing, with a modern design. The apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and an ample living room with a sofa bed and open-plan dining area and kitchen, and is fully equipped. Its five windows look out onto a tree-lined inner courtyard. It’ll be just what you need after an exhausting day in Berlin!

Das Apartment ist durch seine skandinavische Einrichtung komfortabel, modern und verfügt über einen hohen Wohlfühlfaktor.
In diesem 3-Zimmer-Apartment könnt Ihr bequem Zeit verbringen. Dieses neu ausgestattete 59 m² Apartment verfügt über einen Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa, über eine komplett ausgestattete offene Küche mit Essbereich, einem modernes Bad sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett.
In der belebten Rheinstraße findest Du alles was man zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Bäcker z.B. im Biomarkt Denn´s (fußläufig 5 m), Supermärkte REWE (fußläufig 500 m) und Discounter Netto (fußläufig 200 m), nette Restaurants, Cafés und Friseurläden sowie Apotheken bietet die Rheinstr. ebenfalls. Eine Commerzbank und eine Sparkasse findet Ihr außerdem in der Rheinstr. sowie gleich nebenan im Nachbarhaus einen Waschsalon. Wir stellen hierfür auch gern Wäschekörbe zur Verfügung.
Mit der nächsten Bushaltestelle ist man schnell am nächstgelegenen S- und U-Bahnhof Innsbrucker Platz. Fußläufig ist der U-Bahnhof Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz (Berlin) in 6 Minuten zu erreichen.
Das Apartment liegt im Hinterhaus und sind die Fenster zum Innenhof gelegen.
GER: In der Strasse vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Wäscherei wo man sehr günstig waschen kann.

Good but communication is bad. Only email no telephone. And when I called, they did not recognize the booking!! Only communication by email is not ok
