Our home is conveniently located in Fayetteville, just minutes away from the New River Gorge Bridge and an array of outdoor activities.

BACKYARD
Experience the ultimate outdoor oasis with a spacious backyard and fully furnished patio. Soak under the stars in our private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Gather around the fire pit in the evenings to make some smore's on us (logs and smore's are provided).

PARKING
You'll have no trouble finding parking with ample space for your vehicle. The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 3 vehicles plus additional free parking on the street.

Pets:
We’re happy to welcome up to 2 small-to-medium dogs (under 50lbs) with a pet fee. We kindly ask that you clean up after them and be very careful with the furnitures. consider taking them along on your adventures—there are lots of pet-friendly places nearby! there will be extra 30 dollars per pet per night
Pet-Related Cleaning & Damage Fee Guidelines
To ensure a clean and welcoming space for all guests, the following fees may apply if additional cleaning or repairs are needed due to pet-related issues:
Minor mess (excessive pet hair, muddy paws): $50–$100
Moderate mess (noticeable odor, stains, minor damage): $100–$150
Severe mess (pet waste indoors, urine on carpets, significant damage): $150–$250+
Please keep pets off all furniture and beds.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if pet hair or stains are found on sofas, chairs, or bedding.
We love hosting guests with pets and appreciate your help in keeping the home in great condition for everyone. Thank you!
Security:
For your peace of mind, There are 3 exterior security cameras in place and they are located in the front and back entrances of the house as well as the parking area as part of the floodlight. There are no cameras within the house — no indoor cameras. Please don’t disable them or the Wi-Fi. If security assistance is ever needed, a $200 fee may apply.
Cleaning:
We kindly ask that you treat the home as you would your own. A light tidy-up before checkout helps a lot! Excessive mess may incur an extra $250 fee. Trash should be placed in the provided white bags and taken to the bin at the bottom of the driveway.
Wi-Fi:
Enjoy fast, reliable internet—perfect for working remotely or streaming your favorite shows.
Seasonal Notice:
During rainy or snowy seasons, walkways can get slippery—please be careful and wear proper shoes. Use handrails when available, and keep an eye out for icicles near roof edges. We recommend extra caution with little ones. While we do our best to keep everything safe, guests assume responsibility for any weather-related risks.

*** No Parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
*** No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside of the property.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The fenced-in yard for our dog was fantastic, and the game room made our evenings enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there were so many small details that contributed to a stress-free getaway.

We were here 5 nights. The house is so cute and offers so much. We loved the hot tub and the game room. It was just the two of us so there was so much room in the house. We utilized all of it though. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and stylish. I loved the decor. There were many thoughtful additions like a Brita pitcher and hot tub towels and coffee bar with stuff to make s'mores. I dont want to do laundry or dishes on my vacation but I liked that there was a washer and dryer and dish washer available to use. We ate breakfast in the screened in porch and ended the day in the hot tub. It had everything we needed in a good location. There were a couple of issues I brought to the host's attention but other than that the place was just what we needed.
