ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has a queen bed and deck access. Fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin/twin bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Foosball table in living room. Ping pong table and darts in the garage. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Communication was fine and prompt from the start. Quick and courteous.But the photos made the place look a lot more modern and nice than what we actually experienced - Very old furniture, broken sliding door in the master bedroom that separated the bathroom from the bedroom. Scratched up dining table. A garage door that would not open and a fairly messy garage with bikes and supplies scattered about. 5-6 different remotes for the TV which we could not figure out how to work until the next day (no instructions any where to be found). Wifi signal was somewhat weak and would not reach some of the bedrooms.The key attraction for us was the hot tub which unfortunately was cold upon arrival and took all night to finally heat up enough for us to get into ... this was a major disappointment! The place had the dishes and utensils that we needed. It was well equipped. Having to dispose of the trash on our own was a disappointment too, especially when you pay over 1000/one night for a place. Overpriced in our opinion! We left the place the way we found it ... clean and tidy - all the dishes done!The place needs a legit upgrade with regard to furniture and serious attention needs to be paid to details and broken stuff fixed. And consider installing some blackout curtains for the bedrooms.
