Check in was a breeze. Erica makes sure you have all of the info you need in plenty of time. The unit was very clean and large! We were very surprised with how big the interior was. Laundry in unit is a must for us. Location was perfect for activities down Penn and at the convention center. Gym was good for a few days stay and the valet staff were very friendly. Overall, this is a hidden gem and we will certainly look to stay again when in Pittsburgh!
