About this house rental
Enjoy your vacation in Lanzarote and stay at Casa Alice! This beautiful house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Costa de Papagayo neighborhood in Playa Blanca.
It can accommodate up to 5 guests. The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a double bed and a separate bathroom. The third bedroom has a single bed and an en suite bathroom. Each bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, a sink with cabinets (double in the master bathroom), and a toilet. All beds are very comfortable, and every bedroom has air conditioning. Bed linens and towels are provided.
The living and dining room is nicely furnished. There’s a 49-inch UHD 4K TV with a wide selection of channels, series, …, a PlayStation 3 and 4 with a good selection of games, and very fast internet (300 Mbps fiber optic). The kitchen has everything you need. There’s also air conditioning in the living room.
The outdoor area is wonderful. You can enjoy breakfast and lunch on a covered patio. Spend the afternoon in the cozy outdoor lounge or on the sun loungers by the 11-meter-long swimming pool. Need to cool off? Treat yourself to the outdoor shower or a dip in the pool. Pool towels are provided. The pool is heated from mid-October through mid-April. The garden’s orientation is ideal. You’ll have sun by the pool from morning until sunset. You can enjoy the setting sun while sipping an evening aperitif and having dinner. You can round off a relaxing day with a game of pool or simply enjoy the garden. The front yard is a cactus garden. The backyard features flowering plants.
A car is not necessary. Playa Dorada Beach, the center of Playa Blanca, and Marina Rubicon are all within easy walking distance. However, there’s a lot to see and do on Lanzarote, so a rental car is a good idea. If you have a car, you can park it in the private parking lot, which is equipped with a remote-controlled electric gate.
