Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.
Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.
Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 13 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.

The apartment is convenient and nice, so is the parking. The only real problem is that everything has to be managed by phone with We Host at the time you arrive. There is nobody at the property to explain to you how to use the keys and to find the parking lot. I have to say that there is a secondary line that calls you to give information before you arrive and the lady who talked to me wrongly told me that there was no parking on the property. After you find out how to use the keys and locate the parking, everything is OK.
