Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.
Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 13 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.

The property where we stay was very nice. Everything was as online with the exception of the balcony that was shown in the picture. Other than that the overall stay was excellent, very spacious, very comfortable and Diana was really helpful and very sweet. I will be booking again !
