This 2,200 square ft. hillside post and beam home has it all for your quintessential Vermont escape. It offers a bright, airy, open floor plan ideal for single or multi-family vacations. The house is completely surrounded by beautiful Vermont nature, with hiking trails very close, and is located down the road from Sugarbush Ski Resort and minutes from downtown Waitsfield.

The house is located in a small, secluded neighborhood with privacy, and single-family homes.
You can access this property on a 2 lane dirt road. Quality tires and AWD are required for winter months. We will contact you with check-in instructions upon booking.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is centrally located just minutes from Mad River Glen, Sugarbush, and the Waitsfield town center. The house offers a bright, airy, open floor plan ideal for single or multi-family ski vacations and all-season getaways. A fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, coffee makers and plenty of space to create wonderful meals. The house has a grand open space, which includes the kitchen and living areas. The first floor features wooded views of which can be enjoyed through the beautiful open spaces in the home and from the decks.
The home offers comfortable beds and freshly-cleaned linens in each spacious bedroom, most of which also include wonderful picture-window-views themselves. The home is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating, and entertainment for the whole family. The secluded hillside yard is a perfect space to enjoy wonderful mountain evenings. This is a gem of a retreat in the heart of the Green Mountains. There are window AC units in both upstairs bedrooms.
An AWD/4WD vehicle, or dependable vehicle with good tires is strongly recommended, and AWD/4WD is REQUIRED during the winter months.
There is very little public transportation in the Mad River Valley. All our guest typically drive at least one or more vehicles.
