This brand new construction features a main floor open plan great for hosting large families. Nestled in the woods in Duxbury between Sugarbush and Stowe and close to downtown Waterbury, this home is the perfect launching pad for all your VT adventures. The finished basement features a large play area for children with a more formal living room on the main level and hot tub outside. This is the perfect home for anyone to come and experience all Vermont has to offer in comfort and style!

The house is located at the end of a private neighborhood in the woods in Duxbury, VT. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially later in the evening.
Access to the entire home and property. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont.
The house was built in 2023 and is brand new. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is centrally located just minutes from Mad River Glen, Sugarbush, and the Waitsfield town center and Waterbury town center. First and foremost, the hosts were outstanding! No problem at all communicating with them. Response time was always prompt.
The house was very clean and organized. New throughout and welcoming and sunny. Wonderful kitchen for preparing meals or just for gathering.
Bedrooms are spacious with closets. Beds are comfortable with soft bedding, and plenty of pillows (that's hard to come by sometimes!) Bedside tables have charging stations, big bright windows throughout.
Bathrooms are modern, and clean. Plenty of backup towels, wash cloths, and paper towels provided.
Jacuzzi was clean and hot! Perfect for after skiing or biking or for ending an eventful day.
Can't say enough about it. We had a wonderful time and it felt like a 2nd home for us.

Had a really great stay at this property. Was a great size and had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Everywhere was very clean and the house was well equipped with everything we could need.

The house was extremely clean and presented as described in the online advertisement. The house was equipped with all of the appliances and the equipment necessary for a family to enjoy themselves, including all of the kitchen equipment, outdoor deck, barbecue grill, and hot tub. The house was described this requiring a four-wheel-drive vehicle to get into in the winter. I would say that you would really need a heavy duty four-wheel-drive vehicle. The road is very steep and a dirt road if there was more than 4 inches of snow you would need a real four-wheel-drive.

The house was clean and had plenty of space with good views. The road definitely has a steep incline but is easily manageable in summer and the house was close to everything we needed.
