The area is safe, However sadly there is a Homeless Crisis going on in the area. The property has 24 hour security team on site who go above and beyond for guests safety and comfort. We as well as none of our guests have every had any issues besides being sad about the situation.

Charles was a great host. He met us at check-in to show us around the facility as it is quite large. The location was great for us as we were seeing a concert at Rady Shell and it was just a little over 1/2 mile walk to the venue. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. My young adult kids loved the facility game room and the pool/hot tub.

The location was awesome and the amenities were even better! The arcade room and pools were a big hit with the kids. You can tell a lot of thought was also put into the types of items and activities that someone staying in this part of SD might be interested in. Charles did a great job of explaining the check-in/parking process and even met us there to help get us situated. We will definitely be back!
