The fully renovated home was built in 2012 and is located in historic Grant Hill of San Diego. Outdoor String lights need to be off by 10pm.
Indoor Fireplaces is non operational.
Garage parking-2 cars
There is additional parking in the alley and on the street.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings. Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am.
Must be 25 or older to book
No music in backyard at all times. Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood, and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors' yards and there will be a fine.
We are a smoke free home; this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.
We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.
We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies; this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies, we are unable to accommodate.
Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.
Other Details to Note:
This home is conveniently located to all that San Diego has to offer.

There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

Great home with all the amenities we needed. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Everything was true to the listing. The location was convenient to all the spots we visited: zoo, seaworld, balboa park, coronado, downtown (and a great view of downtown, might I add!). Even costco and target are nearby if you need to pick up supplies (avoid downtown albertson's if you can). It's the nicest house on the block, but we're not particular about neighborhoods. Mo was really nice and responsive. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! We visited for a week. There were 4 adults and 4 children and plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, and some seasonings etc. Mo was very communicative and accommodating. We ran into a minor issue that Mo took care of very quickly and were able to enjoy the duration of our stay. We would certainly stay here again in the future!
