The first floor features a guest bedroom, den, and access to a beachfront patio. In the sunny bedroom, guests will find a queen-size bed, two tropical chairs, a flatscreen TV, access to a full bath, and a patio with breathtaking water views. The den includes a comfortable seating ensemble, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxing and hanging out with family and friends. The seating area has a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a TV for entertainment.

An open floorplan encompassing the main living space dominates the second level. Featuring yellow walls, straw-woven furniture, and earth-toned accents, the space radiates a sea cabin vibe. The living area includes a chocolate couch and matching loveseat, as well as a flatscreen TV. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a Gulf-front balcony. The balcony has a table and chairs, allowing guests to bask in the beautiful Florida weather and take in the stunning views. Inside, a large kitchen adds the finishing touches to the space, boasting custom cabinetry, quality appliances, and a granite-topped bar with stool seating.

The third and final floor is home to the master bedroom and an additional guest bedroom. The master suite incorporates a queen-size bed, private Gulf-front balcony, TV, and access to a full hall bath. The guest bedroom also features a queen-size bed, TV, and a sunny window.

When you stay at this Sea Haunts condo, you will also benefit from the amenities provided by the condo complex. These include a large community pool, hot tub, and access to the emerald waves and white beach sand via a boardwalk that passes by a pretty lagoon and fountain. Additionally, the condo is centrally located in Santa Rosa Beach, placing it near a variety of 30A hotspots. Guests can quickly access the Gulf Place village center, as well as quaint 30A beach towns such as Seaside and Grayton Beach. Other nearby amusements include the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach.
