This 2 bedroom condo comes with Free Seasonal Beach Service on their designated beach area and overlooks a large pool with spa, sprawling decks, a lake with fountain, and the lush natural vegetation that is a signature of this coastal area. Begin your day with a workout in the exercise room, and then stroll across the winding dune walkover for a relaxing day on the beach surrounded by crystal-like sand, swaying sea oats, and the soothing sun. When dinner time calls, gather your group around the grilling area for a family cookout and casual conversation. San Remo . . . we know the way.
Resting on the second floor of the gorgeous San Remo condominiums off picturesque scenic 30A is this beautifully decorated vacation rental. Beauty is everywhere here from the stunning, unobstructed views of the shimmering fountain, the pool deck and the Gulf outside to the charming décor. The granite countered kitchen enjoys views of the main areas and the private balcony overlooking the Gulf. You’ll want to sit back and relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves roll in. After an exciting day of playing at the beach or shopping, the primary suite with a Jacuzzi bath will be waiting to say “this is the life”. Not one that likes to sit around? Try the fitness room or play a round at Santa Rosa Golf Club nearby. No matter what you choose, life is spectacular at 207 San Remo.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
No pets.
For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with an external camera/ring doorbell.

Amazing experience, amazing location, and amazing trip. The check-in process was smooth, simply check your email and follow the directions. I even received a text message earlier than expected letting me know our room was ready. The room itself is spacious, comfortable, and the views from the kitchen to the balcony are worth the trip alone. It is a full size kitchen, 2 full bedrooms, and the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds. Beach access was quite possibly the best part of the entire trip. This beach is private, with complimentary chairs and umbrellas offered daily for those staying in San Remo. You just leave the condo, walk past the pool, and take about 50 steps and you are on the beach. No need to fight for parking, get to parking lot early, just walk from the condo. Also got some discounted deals for other events to do, which we did with the Sea Blaster dolphin viewing boat ride. Which was a 5-Star experience itself. This entire trip was a great vacation, and started with the smooth experience of San Remo Condos.

This property was immaculate. It was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacay. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking utensils we needed to feel at home, and the selection of movies, music and games were a great added touch. The view, pool and easy beach access made our stay perfect!
