About this house rental
Newly renovated from floor to ceiling in 2024. New couch was added for the 2025 season. This home has new flooring, ceiling fans, light fixtures, furnishings, and is newly painted. The kitchen and all 3 bathrooms have been totally remodeled. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home can accommodate the whole family comfortably. There are two master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs both with walk in tiled showers. The downstairs has the main living space, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious sunroom overlooking the canal. The upstairs has a den, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area with wet bar and wine refrigerator. As you enter, enjoy the open floor plan of the central living space. The kitchen offers granite countertops, new cabinets, and all new stainless-steel appliances. From the kitchen, you enter the sunroom which has full views of the canal and water. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the seagulls and kayakers begin their day. The back deck is the perfect way to unwind after a long beach day. Sit at the table and have your evening meal or relax in the chairs as the sun goes down. Bring your boat and take advantage of docking your boat right at the property. There is even a fish cleaning station for the fisherman in the family. The property has a boat lift that is not for tenant's use. Please view the Dock Layout picture to see how you can dock your personal vessel. The deck has several Adirondack chairs that are great for afternoon lounging. The laundry area has a new stainless steel full sized stackable washer and dryer. The upstairs den offers a nice extra area for the kids to gather and watch a movie. With the oversized couch, they can relax in comfort. If you have a larger family, the upstairs can be used as an in-law suite. Bed sizes:2 Kings, 2 Queens. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES.
