About this villa rental
You will enjoy the mix between modernity and tradition in our newly renovated house in the heart of Loctudy .
Just finished earlier this year, it offers a perfect holiday place for a family (or several couples).
The house has a large living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Garden of 800m2.
Parking space.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: the grass and the garden will be done by the end of March when you can start enjoying the villa :)
The house is located close to the harbour and next to the main square where the weekly market is. With a small view on the sea, you are at walking distance of most shops (bakery, fishery) as well as the restaurants.
If you like the beach, you can easily reach Langoz beach: 15min walk or 3min bike.
Plus at your disposal: sunbaths, bbq.
On the program of your holidays:
- tanning, jogging, picnic on the sandy beach of Langoz, Lodonnec
- hikes on the Côte Bigoudenne
- sea walk
- visit to the auction and return of boats to Loctudy or Guilvinec
- walk to the tip of the Torch, the surfer's paradise
- tasting fresh fish from the harbour
- for the half-day: discover Pointe du Raz, Concarneau, Pont Aven, Quimper, Bénodet, Locronan, the Bigoudens ports.
