Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very private, plenty of things to do during our down time

This was a great property that was close to Fiesta Texas. We enjoyed the park 2 days and only had a short drive to and from the park. The neighborhood also had a small playground, great for rest days so the kids can still get some activity during the day. We were able to use all appliances, which is so helpful especially when you build up a large pile of laundry by day 2.
