This home is very nice, in a gated neighborhood and a good location, less than 5 minutes from the highway and 10-15 minutes from Fiesta Texas, many restaurants and shopping. The home is large and spacious and furnishings are good, beds are comfortable. We stayed as a family of 5, each of the 3 kids had their own room and plenty of space to spread out. It's on sort of a culdesac (more like a 90 degree where 2 roads meet), so the lot and back yard are large. You will not have access to the garage as the owner stores a vehicle and their belongings in it. Our stay was overall positive, the owner and property manager were responsive to all requests and communicated proactively if there was ever anything going on at the home. Our only challenge was that check in and out procedures were not as clear as they could have been and I recommend thoroughly inspecting the home and contents upon arrival, ensuring you inform the property manager of the current condition proactively.

Our family was very fortunate to find this beautiful home available for our stay near Fair Oaks Ranch while visiting family. This home is spacious; well furnished; immaculate; and convenient to I-10, Leon Springs, and Boerne. Both the property manager and the owner were very responsive in confirming our reservation with short notice and to questions we asked. Five stars are not enough to express our appreciation for the opportunity to stay in this home while in Texas.

Our recent stay at Martin's VRBO property exceeded expectations. The standout feature was its exceptional cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment from the start. The home's spaciousness was a major plus, giving us ample room to relax and enjoy our time without feeling cramped.
Both the host and property manager were outstanding in their roles. Their efficiency and helpfulness made every aspect of our stay, from check-in to check-out, remarkably smooth and hassle-free. They were accessible and responsive, which was greatly appreciated.
The location of the property was ideal, conveniently close to local attractions and essential amenities. This made exploring the area both easy and enjoyable.
The home was well-appointed, with everything in good working order. It struck the right balance between functionality and comfort, making our stay both pleasant and practical.
We found the pricing fair, feeling that we received great value for the quality and comfort provided.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience with no drawbacks. We would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it to others looking for a clean, spacious, and hassle-free stay.

When I requested a house with Swimming pool, I saw these pictures. So the pictures looks like it is on the property. It did not say a subdivision community pool.
