The Sonnseite vacation rental is located on the first floor of the annex and is furnished with solid wood furniture and great attention to detail. The apartment features 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen-dining area with a comfortable dining nook. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the countryside all the way to the Karawanken Mountains from the south-facing balcony and the new sunroom with panoramic sliding windows!

Let the morning sun and crystal-clear mountain air wake you up and start your day away from traffic and stress. Explore nature on many beautiful hiking trails, or find your favorite spot right here on the farm to daydream and relax—feel the warm rays of the sun, hear the murmur of the stream in the distance, and breathe in the fragrant scent of the forest and meadows. Children have plenty of space to play here and have a great time interacting with the animals, both big and small. Riding the Icelandic horses, taking walks with the miniature horses and dwarf goats, petting the kittens..... On-site fees: • The local tax is €2.20 per night per person aged 16 and older and is included in the price. • The final cleaning fee for the Bella Montana vacation home is 70 euros and is included in the price. • The final cleaning fee for the Sonnseite and Fernblick vacation apartments is 50 euros each and is included in the price. • Cribs and extra beds are available upon request. • Dogs are allowed in the Bella Montana vacation home and in the Sonnseite vacation apartment. €4 per day is not included in the listed price.
