Our apartment is located in the St. Oswald district at 1,400 meters above sea level,
right next to the Biosphärenpark Brunnach ski lift operated by Bad Kleinkirchheimer Bergbahnen (250 m). We are a partner of the Bad Kleinkirchheim Mountain Railways and offer families a special deal: when you purchase a 6-day adult ski pass, you’ll receive a 6-day ski pass for one child for just 1 EUR per day.
Wi-Fi, satellite TV, bed linens, and towels are provided in the apartment.
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts, the ski slopes, and the ski school & Intersport RENT.
There is a bus stop right in front of the house, allowing you to reach the town center of Bad Kleinkirchheim (free ski-spa bus).
With 3 bedrooms, our apartment offers plenty of space to enjoy a wonderful time together. The amenities include everything you need for a perfect vacation. From a cozy wood-burning stove to a washer with a built-in dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a garage—everything is provided. Games, free Wi-Fi, and Swiss stone pine furniture round out this spacious apartment. The proximity to the ski lifts makes a car-free stay possible. The Rosennock apartment can serve as a starting point for many excursions and activities or for relaxing days in the garden and on the terrace. Dogs are part of the family and are welcome to join you during your stay in our apartment.
