Beautifully situated among moss-draped oaks, this Queens Grant villa is a place to experience Hilton Head Island as it was meant to be. Sip your coffee with a sweeping view of the neighboring lagoon and the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, walk leisurely to the beach each morning, and spend your afternoons cooling off in the community swimming pool.
Queens Grant enjoys an ideal mid-island location, with beach access less than a mile down the road. Spend your days riding bikes on Hilton Head's incredible network of bicycle paths, practicing your drive, or taking advantage of the community's pool and barbecue area.
Coming home from your daily excursions, you'll be in awe of how much space awaits you. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a formal dining space, and a breezy living room where you can stream movies and set up board games at the coffee table. The deck just outside is a lovely spot for alfresco breakfasts, lunches, and dinners in the fragrant ocean breeze. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo was spacious with convenient amenities. My family and I enjoyed the space. My family of five was vey comfortable with the arrangement of the beds. Each of us had more than enough space.

We have rented with Vacasa many times. Always good until this time. I would like to be compensated in some way. It’s hard to do without a kitchen sink. Never even got a call back after the first conversation I had with the company.
