Enjoy this 4-star, single-story house with family or friends—it’s spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a terrace and garden overlooking the countryside. Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Felletin, local shops and the Friday morning farmers’ market are within easy reach.
Aubusson is 10 km away, home to the Cité Internationale de la Tapisserie and its aquatic center.
The developed beaches of Lake Vassivière are about 30 km away.
Nature walks and hikes are available in the immediate vicinity.
With a floor area of approximately 200 m², this house has been recently renovated.
It consists of:
An entryway.
A large open-concept living room with a dining area and a sitting area featuring a fireplace with a wood-burning stove.
A second living room with a pool table, a desk for remote work, a TV area with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests for an extra fee, board games, and books.
A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, electric kettle, and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
Two bedrooms, each with one 140-cm bed for two people.
One bedroom with one 140-size bed for two people, plus a private bathroom and toilet.
One bedroom with two 80-size beds, each for one person.
One bathroom with a freestanding bathtub.
Two separate toilets.
Baby equipment available (travel crib, high chair, changing pad, stroller, baby monitor, nightlight).
