L'OUSTAL is one of two cottages at Domaine de Louveraude in New Aquitaine.
The Domaine, ideally located near the main centers of interest for adults and children, offers above all the ideal conditions for a successful stay: 2 ***** accommodation, tennis, heated swimming pool, fishing pond, vegetable patch, landscaped park, etc. Golfers will appreciate the pretty 18-hole course at La Jonchère, which is less than a quarter of an hour from the Domaine.

Note that La Tour, this Creusois hamlet where the Domaine de LOUVERAUDE is located, is well known to historians for its castral clods still visible today; they were built in the 9th century and constitute a real foreshadowing of the medieval castle.
L'OUSTAL is a building part of the old farm of the Domaine, It is one of the sides of a magnificent courtyard "square" carefully restored and landscaped.
On the courtyard side: a small furnished terrace framed by vines and roses.
Garden side: a large terrace paved with old terracotta, equipped for 8 to 10 people. Electric awning, barbecue. Direct access to the swimming pool. Privacy preserved. L'OUSTAL and its 115 m² can comfortably accommodate 8 people (perfectly suited for 2 families) with four bedrooms (2 beds of L160, 4 beds of L90), three bathrooms with shower, 3 WCs, a large living room with stove wood stove, TV / TNT, DVD player, WI-FI access, dining room, beautiful fitted kitchen, laundry. Baby equipment on request.
