Located near the city center and close to the spa park, the Cityapartment-Fewo Bad Pyrmont vacation rental (corner house) or serviced apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator!) accommodates up to 3 people in 2 separate rooms.
This guest apartment features two bedrooms—one single room and one double room (the double bed can also be separated into twin beds)—and is fully equipped like a hotel room, with a desk, seating area, TV, and access to a small shared balcony.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet (with an exterior window).
The dining room features a kitchen with a refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a sink, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Adjacent to it is a storage room.
Wi-Fi access with a code.
Nearby are a beverage store (across the street), a hair salon, a REWE supermarket, a bakery, and a butcher shop.
Just a few minutes’ walk away is the Pyrmonter Welle, a water park with an outdoor pool. Parking is available on Zimmermannstraße, across from the building.

The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is divided into 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. The bedrooms are furnished as follows: the large bedroom features a double bed (box-spring beds), seating, and a pull-out sleeper chair that can accommodate one child. TV, desk, closet, and access to a small balcony. The smaller bedroom features a single bed, a cozy armchair that can also be converted into a sleeper chair, seating, an open closet, a TV, and a desk for comfortable work. It also has access to the small balcony. From the balcony, you have a view of the spa gardens and the city.


This guest apartment features two bedrooms—a single room (single bed) and a double room (double bed that can also be separated into twin beds), fully equipped like a hotel room, with a desk, seating area, TV, and access to the shared small balcony overlooking the city center and the spa gardens. An extra bed for a third person, e.g., a child, is available using the fold-out armchair (which can be unfolded) for guests up to 1.70 m tall. A fold-out bed (2.00 m in length) is available upon request! Cribs are not provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet (with an exterior window). A hair dryer, bar of soap, toothbrush cup, first-aid kit, and—to get you started on your stay—a set of bath towels and toilet paper are provided. You’ll also find a freshly made bed.
The dining room features a kitchen with a refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, an oven, a microwave, and a washing machine. There’s also a sink, a kettle, and a coffee maker, as well as a set of kitchen towels. Adjacent to this is a storage room with recycling bins, various cleaning supplies, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack, a trash schedule, and a kitchen fire extinguisher. The dining area seats 3 to 4 people. We’d like to mention that there are shopping options within walking distance in the area, along Schillerstraße.
Each guest room has its own TV, plenty of space in dressers and closets for your clothes, and a coat rack in the entryway. Each room also has a desk with a task lamp and an in-room safe. We have a Vodafone internet connection; we’ll provide you with your Wi-Fi access code.
The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony or in front of the house at the entrance. There are trash containers next to the house for your trash.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a spacious staircase. You can park on the side street, along Zimmermannstraße, next to the house—which is also the side with the main entrance. Parking may be restricted when the palm trees are being transported from their winter quarters to the spa park or when they are being transported back from the spa park at the end of the season. During these moves, traffic lights are activated and traffic is regulated. Alternatively, you can park along Schillerstraße or at the Pyrmonter Welle.
The winter storage facility, which is also open to visitors in winter, is located at the end of Zimmermannstraße. From your accommodations, it’s just a short walk to the Wasserschloss, the promenade, or the spa gardens. 


To ensure you can fully enjoy your vacation, please pay a so-called visitor’s tax to the property owner upon arrival. Please provide your full names and dates of birth when booking so that the visitor’s card can be issued for you. This information should be provided without being asked, no later than 2 days after booking. If the travelers are not staying at the same address as the booking address, please include that alternate address. Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
