Our ground-floor vacation rental. The largest of the three apartments (90 square meters). A spacious living room (with a pull-out sofa) and two bedrooms (a master bedroom with a large double bed and a children’s bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out sofa) offer plenty of space for up to 5 adults to enjoy a relaxing vacation. You can comfortably wind down the evening with the whole family in front of the 55-inch TV.
The large bathroom includes a washing machine and dryer. The washer and dryer are located inside the apartment and do not need to be shared with other guests.
The fully equipped modern kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, etc.) is large enough not only to prepare meals with the family but also to dine comfortably together.
The high-quality furnishings begin with the flooring: genuine Katura oak parquet in all living areas and high-quality tiles in all other areas.
A terrace and access to the garden round out the amenities. Depending on the season, you’re welcome to pick your own fruit at the orchard (www.obstplus.de), which is within walking distance (approx. 500 m).
Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement.
You don’t need to worry about parking here; each vacation rental has its own parking space in the courtyard right next to the entrance.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge. 



The LiFarm – A Vacation in and with Nature
The LiFarm, a lovingly restored half-timbered house from 1888, has been welcoming guests since 2024 in three modern, fully furnished vacation apartments. The spacious property, covering nearly 6,000 square meters, and a nearby orchard meadow (just under 2 hours away) offer you peace and quiet as well as numerous recreational opportunities in the midst of the idyllic landscape of the Weserbergland. The breathtaking views, which you can enjoy both from the grounds and from the apartments, are a highlight in any weather.
Your vacation rental is strategically located between the towns of Hamelin, Hessisch Oldendorf, and Aerzen, each of which is worth a visit. Hameln, famous for the legend of the Pied Piper, delights visitors year-round with its historic old town and picturesque Christmas market. Hessisch Oldendorf and Aerzen also offer charming destinations for day trips. In addition, the Weser Cycling Trail runs along the Weser River, allowing you to combine sightseeing and physical activity in a pleasant way. Just 3 km away is the Hamelin Golf Course at Schwöbber Castle, and in the summer, the Halvestorf Forest Pool—about 4 km away—is a popular attraction.
But it’s not just nature that draws visitors; the nearby city of Hameln also offers cultural highlights. In addition to the Pied Piper, the city is known for its numerous sights, events, and shops. In addition, Hanover, the capital of Lower Saxony, with its international trade fairs, is within easy reach. Here, after a busy day at the trade fair, you can relax in the natural surroundings of LiFarm in the evening and wind down the day far away from hotel bars.

On-site costs: Bookings are not binding until final confirmation by LiFarm.de! A 30% deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The full rental price is due 4 weeks before the start of your stay and must be transferred to LiFarm’s bank account. If a booking is made with a departure date within four weeks, the entire travel price is due at the time of booking. We at LiFarm.de are always committed to ensuring our guests’ satisfaction and will always strive to find solutions in case of any difficulties. Please contact us early and at any time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Two dogs are allowed for a fee of 8€ per day per pet. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). Food service (bread roll delivery on Sundays from a local provider) Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine)



Check-in is from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
