About this house rental
Welcome to Sage Submarine, your home-away-from-home located right behind the Village of West Greenville-- Greenville's Arts district, and home to some of my favorite restaurants and coffee.
We are 2 miles from Downtown Greenville (a 10 min drive).
With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen, formal dining room, and a huge fenced in backyard for your pets (pet fee charged during or after booking), we are the perfect jump off point for exploring Greenville!
Sage Submarine is located in a transitional, diverse neighborhood. You and your guests can enjoy a burgeoning arts district where some foot traffic is to be expected.
Parking is available in the paved driveway. After parking, guests will enter our front door, which is equipped with a smart lock for easy, contactless entry.
Once inside, guests will enjoy our lovely, 70s-inspired living room, with cozy green sofas, an MCM coffee table, Smart TV (for streaming only, no cable), and fun lamps and decor.
To the right of the living room is a formal dining room with a beautiful antique table and seating for 6.
Past the dining room is our newly remodeled kitchen, which includes all you will need to cook up a scrumptious meal.
The first bedroom can be reached either by the hallway, or directly from the kitchen.
It contains a King bed, smart TV (no cable), two night stands with reading lights, a chair in the corner for your comfort, and a closet for storage.
A hallway connects the Master to the other bedroom at the far end of the house.
This bedroom features a rattan shelf for storage, a closet, two Full beds, a nightstand, and a reading lamp.
In between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with a toilet, single vanity, and tub/shower combination.
Across the hall is a nook with our washer and dryer, which are available for your use. Laundry soap is provided.
In addition to our lovely interior, our home features 3 rocking chairs on the front porch, a large fenced in backyard (door off of the kitchen), and a fire pit with 6 chairs.
We can't wait to welcome you to our home-- we know you'll love it just as much as we do!
We tend to allow our guests to keep to themselves, but are always a message away if needed.
Our home is located right near the Village of W Greenville, a kind of second "Main St" and a burgeoning Arts District.
A vehicle is recommended for getting the most out of your stay, but Uber or Lyft are available for a responsible night out on the town.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with the router, smart lock, or ring camera.
