Beach House - Private Dock + Walk to the Beach

Could not have been more pleased with this property! It was very clean and had everything we needed! The rooms were spacious and the walk to the beach was very, very easy - a straight shot to a public beach access! They truly had thought of everything you could have needed - bikes, kayaks, paddle board, wagon, and beach chairs! We had our small dog with us, and the location was perfect for him to access the beach with us after 5pm. The host was easily accessible, but we didn’t have any issues with our stay at all! Fishing off the dock was great and easily accessible. We will definitely be back!

I have rented many places at Holden over my nearly forty years of visiting the island, but this has been, by far, the nicest place we have ever had! Beautifully decorated and modernized appliances make this truly feel like home. In addition to the quality of the home, we were surprised to find so many additional unlisted items that made our stay so much better. If you plan to bring a baby, as we did, the house has a playpen, high chair, outdoor swing, and baby spoons and dishes. We were also pleased to find a tabletop grill, blender, crockpot, and every pot, pan, dish, or utensil we could possibly need to make dinner. Having free access to the bicycles, paddle boards, and kayaks was perfect for our teens. Our host, Josh, was quick to answer questions and was incredibly kind, as he warned us of heightened chances of rip currents before we headed to the beach. I highly recommend this home and host!
