This charming four bedroom, two bath stone home is walking distance to the UK Arboretum and Kroger field. Yes you can walk to UK football games! It's close to shopping and restaurants on Nicholasville Road and you can be downtown or out to Keeneland or the airport quickly. The neighborhood is centrally situated so that you can get to several of Lexington's major roads and most anything in town easily.

Overall the house was what we needed for the group of guys we had. The property has great potential but still needs some work. It is the little details that take something from just ok to great and this property was missing most of the little details. The bathrooms needed updating and cleaning and the family room/ den not only had very stained carpet but the carpet was full of crumbs and not vacuumed. I would stay there again with a group of guys however I would not stay there with my wife and family.

Pictures did not represent the house inside. Lawn wasn't mowed despite owner saying it would be.Beds were OK. Part of ceiling in one room had come down, probably from storm, and floor was wet. Saving money would be the only reason to stay here. Owners or reps probably hadn't been to the house in a while as the mail in the overstuffed mailbox was from Feb.
