On the first floor of the house is a large living / dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies.
The garden has a lawn and beautiful terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs to enjoy a traditional coal 'churrasqueria' barbecue or laze in the hammock.
There is also a private gated driveway which can fit 2 cars with additional on-street parking.
The house is a 5 mins walk to the local shops and bars, a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive from some world-famous surf beaches and golf courses that the local area offers.
