Apartment T2 refurbished January 2024 of 35 m2 renovated to the taste of the day to make your stay as pleasant as possible, air-conditioned, bright, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room opening onto a veranda with large sliding bay windows overlooking the garden, located on the first floor with a private garden of 50m2 with its gate that allows you to go to the beach which is 150 meters away. - Private numbered and secure parking The apartment has a free private parking space. Access to the common areas of the residence accessible with an access code. These will be sent to you when you arrive.
Bike shelters that can accommodate 2 bikes in the garden.
An outdoor shower when you come back from the beach.
Have not included in the rental price the household linen see together if you want this service, 30 euros, a set of sheets, towels, dish towels.

the lessor reserves the right to ask the lessee to pay the difference on the basis of 0.2141 euros kWh (tariff in force in 2024 on
