**In accordance with Gold Coast City Council and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, this house has a strict NO PARTY and NO FUNCTIONS policy. As this property is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' from 10pm to 8 am. ** NO SCHOOLIES
A starter pack of guest amenities is supplied to see you through your first night, this gives you time to complete your grocery shopping for the items you prefer to use.
Please note: Building/construction has commenced on the adjoining building. You may experience construction noise during normal business hours.

Apartment and position was perfect!
Unfortunately their cleaner let the Bliss down, we were asked not to wear shoes in apartment and immediately ended up with very dirty feet from the floors. There was hair in both bathrooms, fur balls in corners. Pots in cupboards had burnt crusts on two and another still had grease lining it! Some cutlery was put in drawer not cleaned. That was super disappointing.
We still enjoyed everything else about the apartment and would stay again.
We trust that for new arrivals they will be treated to a clean apartment and no dirty feet. Best regards L n S
