Strictly no recent School Leavers, Schoolies, Bucks, Hens, Weddings, or Parties permitted.
The fully appointed kitchen is perfect for those who love to entertain and also opens out onto a fully covered outdoor dining area.
For those of you who are movie buffs or sport enthusiasts there is a massive smart TV in the living area and another in the front area.
With only a short walk up the road to the fabulous beachfront parks, swim in the magnificent waters of Tallebudgera Creek, hire a stand up paddle board or
grab a coffee and breakfast at one of the many cafes in the area.
The whole house is yours....from the 4 spacious bedrooms plus sofa bed, large alfresco dining with BBQ, fully fenced, child safe garden.

It was spacious, clean and nearby to the creek, the family enjoyed using the pool and the walks to the nearby coffee shop.
