Newly renovated apartment (110m²) on the 3rd floor in a very central and quiet location, 3 minutes to the lake, park, restaurants, cafes, shops, e-bike rental, cycle path and bus connection, approx. 700 m to the lido, including Millstätter Inklusive Card (MIC free admission to lidos, museums, toll roads, etc.).
Apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms (box spring beds) each with shower/WC and TV/satellite, kitchen with dining table and full equipment (dishwasher, kitchen cabinet with freezer compartment, oven, stove, kettle and filter coffee machine), storage room, living room with TV/Sat, WC, panoramic terrace with garden and Goldeck view and slight lake view, use of the garden possible.
Shower towels and bed linen as well as the Millstätter See Inclusive Card are provided.

Tip: E-bikes are available at seven rental, charging and truck stops around the lake.
Relaxation after the tour is offered by the lake wellness in the 1st district. Kärnten Badehaus and in bars and restaurants on the water.
