Lambeth is a riverside area home to Lambeth Palace, the residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury, with its 13th-century chapel. The adjacent Garden Museum shows horticultural exhibits in a former church, while the Albert Embankment is popular for strolls along the Thames.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Kennington, is just a 4-minute walk.
Heathrow Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The flat is very well located, apart from a few small broken items when we arrived, everything was fine.
