This luxury, brand-new home overlooks amazing mountain views of Deer Valley ski resort and the surrounding mountains as well as and lakefront views of Jordanelle Reservoir. The home is lakefront on Jordanelle Reservoir and is just minutes from the new Deer Valley East Village and the Jordanelle Reservoir State Park entrance. Composed of high ceilings, modern appliances, and plush furnishings - every inch of the home has been curated for your comfort. The heart of the home, the living room, is warmed by a stone gas fireplace and presents an oversized sofa and smart TV. The adjacent full kitchen is just as impressive, lined with new Vikings appliances and plentiful meal prep space. Off the kitchen, a private washer/dryer is available off this space.
A true space for relaxation, the home features two primary bedrooms. The first floor primary bedroom boasts its own personal TV, ultra-plush bedding, and spa-like en suite bathroom with an in-tub shower and dual vanities and walk in closet. The second floor primary bedroom also includes its own personal TV, ultra-plush bedding, and spa-like en suite bathroom with shower and dual vanities. The additional two bedrooms are just as lovely, all lined with soft linens and fun pops of artwork. Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer, Pack-N-Play, and central air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We fell in love with this house and, of course, the fantastic view immediately. The house we rented was on the lake and looked to be brand new. The beds were comfortable, the appliances were new, and it had a washer and dryer, beautiful bathrooms, and an overall decorated style. Nothing fussy, but just right. The master on the main had an amazing bathroom and walk-in closet. Thus, the house was spacious and so comfortable. We enjoyed every minute. It was close to the state park and far from Park City, Midway, and Heber City. We rented a boat, toured Lake Jordanel, and enjoyed our family and surroundings. This house provided us with an amazing, relaxed summer Utah experience.
