The barn was snug and warm even in February. There was an excellent level of equipment and comfort and plenty of space for my husband and I and our dog. It was very clean when we arrived. The location is very peaceful, we walked down to Bantham where there is a pub and village shop-both were closed when we got there unfortunately. The lane is quite busy so take care if you do walk along it, although there are some footpaths across the fields that cut down the road walking. We had no mobile reception at the barn but the wifi works well. The surrounding coastline is beautiful, lots of great walks and beaches for us and the dog.
