About this villa rental
A spacious villa, set in a former agricultural area close to the beach. Set in a large garden (shared with the owner) filled with apple, orange, lemon and olive trees. There is an 11m pool for your exclusive use. Children are welcome.
The space
The first floor is open plan and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The villa is fully air conditioned (hot and cold), and powered by its own solar panels.
Second floor consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin - all with balconies.
Bathroom 1 with bath and overhead shower, toilet and basin.
Bathroom 2 with a shower, toilet and basin. Washing machine.
Linen and towels are all provided.
Guest access
The villa is on the first and second floors and there is no lift. There is ample parking within the grounds. The ground floor is garage and storage space.

A car is essential.
The villa is close to the town of Paralimni and a 10 minute drive to the sandy beaches, restaurants and night life of Protaras.

Perfect villa in a quiet location set within beautiful gardens. Villa had everything we needed, super clean and included a lovely welcome pack. The hosts were exceptional throughout our stay so we could not have chosen a better villa.
