Landing with bookcase and two armchairs,
Bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) that can be separated into two single beds,
Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) that can be separated into two single beds,
Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
Bathroom with WC.
Working from home is possible: office and fiber optic internet!

Enclosed garden of approximately 600 m², on several hectares of land with an unfenced pond.
Large adjoining garage and utility room with ping-pong table. Petanque, molkky, ball, and soccer goals. Horse stalls are available on site (€15 per horse), and pasture is available upon request. The 18th-century farmhouse of Château de Sassy boasts a magnificent French garden, a listed historical monument. Hiking trails in the Ecouves state forest and as far as the Vrigny pond are accessible directly from the gîte. For fishing enthusiasts, the Blanche Lande ponds are 8 km away.
