About this cottage rental
The cottage is a detached old house.
Ground floor (1 step to access the bedrooms): living room with fitted kitchen and mezzanine lounge (TV and Chromecast, 2 double sofa beds).
Ground floor: bedroom (1 double bed 180 x 200 cm, separable), bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet, second separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom (1 double bed 180 x 200 cm, separable and 1 bed 90 x 190 cm), bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (whirlpool bath) with toilet.
Central heating included. Cleaning, sheets, and towels included as of 09/01/25
Private, enclosed, tree-lined garden of 300 m² with right-of-way access (a second house is located nearby). Bicycle or motorcycle shelter. Basketball hoop, ping-pong table, pétanque, molki, and bowling.
Horseback riding organized every Sunday or by reservation, individual lessons are available, and courses are available during school holidays. If you're a fan of horses and forest walks, this is the place for you! Located in the heart of the Bourse national forest, the cottage is opposite the owners' equestrian center. You can enjoy leisure or competitive horseback riding, as you wish, stroll along the many hiking trails on site and reach the greenway 3 km away, or enjoy the Mêle-sur-Sarthe leisure center 5 km away (free supervised beach, mini golf, games, pedal boats, etc.). The cottage and its surroundings within the equestrian center are not suitable for large parties. If you are planning a bachelorette party or other event, you will find other, more suitable accommodations.

Elsa and Thomas left the Paris region 10 years ago to settle in this former equestrian farm and create a 24 ha center entirely dedicated to outdoor riding. Open to all audiences, the equestrian center is labeled by the French Equestrian Federation, Center for Equestrian Tourism and Tourism and Handicap (the cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility). A state graduate in psychomotricity, Elsa practices therapy with horses. Many activities are offered throughout the year: walks, courses, courses, hikes.
