Casa Ninù apartment has its front door along a narrow street in the center. A staircase leads to the second floor where, under characteristic ancient vaults brought back to view, the house is developed.
Casa Ninù consists of a large living room with stone fireplace, furnished with dining room, TV, and open kitchen. Beyond a small hallway, there is the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with pull-out bed. The two rooms are communicating with each other.
The apartment is completed by 2 shower rooms. From the living room a staircase leads to the panoramic terrace, furnished with table and chairs, and with sun loungers for solarium.

Casa Ninù is an apartment located in Maruggio, in the center of the small town in the province of Taranto, very close to the beaches of the Ionian coast of Salento.
The nearest beaches are those of Campomarino di Maruggio and San Pietro in Bevagna, about 3.5 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom.
