an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a smart TV, mosquito screens,
and a kitchen equipped with an electric oven, microwave, coffee maker,
refrigerator, and dishwasher.

farmhouse, to which modern comforts have been added following a careful
restoration.
The entrance opens into a beautiful living room furnished with a 120 cm sofa bed and a dining area with a table and chairs. An iron staircase leads to the loft where the first double bedroom is located.
Adjacent to the living room are both the kitchenette and the hallway leading to the second double bedroom and the
bathroom with shower. From the living room, you can step out onto the
patio, which is equipped with a sink, washing machine, and outdoor
shower.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access.

a small village situated just over 2 km from the beaches of the Ionian
