Upon entering the residence you will immediately notice the stunning views of the Gulf through the floor to ceiling windows in the living space. The unit features an open concept floorplan, wrap around porch, granite countertops, in unit washer/dryer and plenty of storage space.
Retreat to your private primary bedroom and ensuite where you can enjoy sunset views through the expansive floor to ceiling windows.
Your guests will find comfort in the cozy secondary bedroom which features two twin sized beds and has access to the secondary bathroom.
The Isla is located at Beachplace, which is a highly sought after location situated on the south end of Longboat Key which allows for easy access to St. Armands Circle, Longboat Key Club, and St. Regis (coming Summer 2024).
