Great condo, great views. Enjoyed having pool, hot tub and beach all right there. Faye was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

This property has it all: a communicative owner, fantastic views, incredible location and full of everything one would want or need! Even though the description and pictures of this property are great, we were amazed that reality was even better. There’s no better option in this area. We will definitely return when possible!

The property does look like the pictures, but we were disappointed to find that, at least in May, you CANNOT see the sunset from the balcony! There are 2 or 3 palm trees blocking the actual sun, so we had to go down to the beach to see the full sunset. This was a big disappointment to us as avid photographers. The host was very receptive and had lots in the condo - beach towels, pool noodles, lots of supplies. She made it a nice experience other than our disappointment at the view. The amenities are great, big pool, fantastic hot tub, workout room, etc. Be advised that Beachplace is going through a major renovation project and if you go when it's not high season you will likely be subject to construction noise monday through friday from 8-5 - although it may not be in your building it may be close enough to impact you.
