About this house rental
Large contemporary 6 bedroom, 4 full bath. Home located inside a premier private community ( Masthope ). Community offers reduced pricing to Ski Big Bear. Also offers 2 swimming pools w/ dive boards & splash pads, playgrounds, horse stables, petting zoo, fitness center, mini golf, and basketball courts. Located in the Poconos, there are additional opportunities for entertainment within a close proximity that includes water parks, camping, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping & fine dining.
This is the ideal home to bring your family to. Located in an amazing private amenity rich community; Masthope. Boasting 2 large competition size pools, water slides, diving board, splash pads, and wading pools. Adjacent to the pool area is Masthope’s Tiki Bar. Sip your favorite cocktail and grab a bite to eat poolside with friends and family. The Tiki Bar area also offers comfortable lounge seating, perfect for larger groups to gather. The community also features a swimming beach with a beach house, paddle boats, kayaks, a miniature golf course, restaurants, a market place, basketball courts, playgrounds, horse stables with pony rides and riding lessons, fitness center with personal trainer classes, fishing opportunities and much more.
Ski Big Bear is located within the same community as the home, which features skiing, snow boarding, and snow tubing across 18 trails. Guest passes provide a discounted rate for lift tickets.
The home is also in close proximity to recreational parks, hiking, fishing, biking, shopping, fine dining, water parks, and more.

** Guest passes may be obtained directly at the welcome center for a fee of $10 per person, per day. Passes cannot be used on the day of check out. (Maximum of 12 passes can be purchased during your stay).
**Seasonal outdoor swimming pools and beach access is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck #1: Features a gas grill and an outdoor lounge area.
Deck #2: Features outdoor netted seating for the whole family with a lounge area as well.
Backyard is equipped with a fire pit, children’s playground, hammock, oversized connect four game and plenty of space.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, full knife set, blender, tea kettle, microwave, and stainless steel appliances.
Cooking oil, salt, and pepper is not provided.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary hand soap, shampoo, body wash, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels, heating & cooling, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, shampoo, body wash.
Washcloths are not provided.

Call to reserve rides and private lessons. Calls are accepted as early as 3:30pm on Sundays for a reservation for the upcoming week. Petting zoo is open Wednesday - Sunday.
Reservations are not required to visit the ZOO.

The house has a great layout, great large spaces, and many fun activities from playground to fire pit to video games. Very comfortable home. We loved the screened in porch area!! We found everything very well maintained with the biggest exception being the air filtration - the vents in the ceiling of the great room are filled with a large amount of black dust/residue and the ceiling fan in the great room has an excessive amount of dust accumulated on the fan blades. Three of our ten member family have asthma, and the air quality caused some issues. I’m guessing the furnace filter needs to be replaced. Overall, the home is lovely, and the host was extremely helpful. Great area and super fun vacation!!!
