About this house rental
This unique place has a style all its own. One will really feel the charm of Ireland in this luxurious old world farmhouse, located only 10 minutes drive from Dublin Airport and within easy reach of Dublin City Centre, 20 minutes drive. MucnSheep, combines cosmopolitan with rural escape. The Hill of Tara, Newgrange, Slane Castle, Emerald Park, The National Aquatic Centre and a range of local equestrian and golf facilities can all be found nearby together with excellent public transport links.
The space
Mucnsheep has being lovingly restored by it's original owner having been in the family for generations. It would be ideal for weddings and special occasions
(subject to special request).
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. Guests have access to a private garden with seating at the front as well as large patio to the rear. There is ample parking for three or four cars and the property is accessed via a private gated secured entrance.
Other things to note
You will access the property through a farm setting so there will be animals in nearby fields such as sheep, chickens, and horses.

We had a fantastic family vacation in Ireland. Macepool House was our home base (we spent 2 days in Killarney) and we loved it. Serena and Jim were so kind and absolutely lovely. The property is gorgeous our kids loved the pony, sheep and chickens. The beds were so comfortable and the rain showers-divine. We would definitely recommend Macepool House to everyone!
