About this house rental
Bedroom and private bathroom located in a home on quiet street within close proximity to downtown and beach. Room has a mini refridgerator and microwave. The living area is a shared space. Evie's on Bee Ridge is 1/2 mile of home which has tiki bar, golf range, mini-gulf and more. Easy to find just a few miles from Interstate 75. Friendly 4 year old Irish Doodle on property. Beach towels, umbrella, and chairs available upon request.

Easy to find and just as listed. Awesome decor and very comfy bed. Owner very accommodating and answered messages and phone calls when I needed her! Drive to beach each day!

Owner was very flexible and accommodating to my situation and I was able to extend my stay.I was able to use the kitchen, which I enjoy baking.The location was close to Siesta Key Beach, US-41, I-75 and many amenities.Looking forward to my stay in October, 2025.

Thanks for staying in your little place. All good but it will be nicer to upgrade the bed and the bedding’s.
