Delicious choice of coffees and a full kitchen to make and keep fresh food daily, on your wide granite breakfast bar and counters : refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, deep sink w/light disposal,...blender, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, steamer, toaster, filtered water pitcher, bottled water to get you started, coffee maker, creamer, sugars, cooking oil; and of course plates, coffee cups, glasses and bowls, recycling and trash. We provide paper towels and nice TP.
Swiffer, hand and sweep brooms, sterile Chlorox covid-strength wipes, and variety of cleaners are provided. Make yourselves at home.
Keep in mind this is SUBTROPICS just above sea-level: NO OPEN FOOD, critters will find us. Tupperware and sealable zip locks IN ABUNDANCE between dishwasher and sink, below
Masterlocked 5' X 6' Beach shed is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and stores your bicycles+ for neighborhood and Legacy Trail cycling etc. Masterlock key is 2nd key on your ring. We do not provide bicycles at this time....
Massage sore muscles in our jacuzzi bubble bath tub, with a selection of soothing healing salts, or in our 4 point massaging spa shower with endless hot water at high pressure under the stars/sun of our shower skylight. Stocked bathroom cabinet is filled with soaps, lotions, toothpaste and floss, shampoos, conditioners, sunscreens and aloes for that occasional sunburn, with space remaining for your toiletries.
Here we have GUEST mini-washer & dryer for YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS ONLY, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board...... We ask that you use guest washing machine for YOUR ITEMS ONLY and allow us to launder and replace the large beach and apartment linens which are too much for your efficiency washer, THANKYOU. We can retrieve your used towels daily, or you can place outside in the same white as for garbage bags found under the sink, and take fresh towels from ample supply provided.
We change bed linens once a week. You will let us know how is most convenient.
We offer daily garbage removal if you permit, or you can just place garbage outside of unit.
For hanging clothes there is a 15" wide pants length closet and 25 sq feet of folding space in drawers and on shelves, within pristine solid white oak cabinets.

Karen met me on the road, guided me to the driveway, and handed me the keysKaren , the owner, has been very responsive and personable. She lives on site.Unit can be identified by a red painted drivewayUpon entry, a guest a is greeted by a spotless living space populated by multiple small printed signs: instructions on how to and a few for do not.I actually found them to be pretty useful.The apartment is basically an efficiency unit, one living space with a separate laundry/bathroom at the end. The living space is comprised of a bed at one end, an easy chair for TV viewing in the center, and a kitchen with a counter and two barstools for eating. Next to the bed is a small desk area, which I used to plan my day and review the previous one.The TV is easily adjustable for viewing from any of these living space areas.Kitchen is well laid out.Laundry room/bathroom is spectacular.Shower/tub is magnificent. Shower has multiple nozzles to spray all body areas. The tub is a Jacuzzi tub which provides whirlpool action while seated in the tub. I didn’t use the Jacuzzi, but luxuriated in the shower. I stayed here for two weeks in March, 2026. I was very comfortable. I loved the location:Short trip to Siesta Key BeachGood eating : three reasonably priced buffet restaurants nearby, sushi, Mexican, and Amish. Detwiler‘s Farm market is an experience to remember.
