The price was wonderful and communication with the host was easy. The kitchen is updated and there's plenty of room. It's close to Bee Ridge Road, but you can't hear the traffic.
The bathroom could use a deep cleaning. It seemed who cleaned the kitchen sink was in a rush and missed the food under the metal screen. Otherwise, it's a cute older florida cottage at a great price.
