You will be welcomed at the reception of the building, make sure to acknowledge the following requirements:
- You have completed the online check in and digitally signed (clear name and surname) the rental contract. Mandatory fields cannot be left blank.
- Have a valid photo ID of all the occupants (passports), in particular the cardholder name must match the name on the ID
- A security deposit is required.
- Check in hours are between 3pm and 8pm from Monday to Friday
- Check in hours are between 3pm and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday at a cost of £10
Late check-in is between 20:00 and 22:00 at a cost of £30.
NOTE: Late check-in is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

We booked an incredible apartment in London, just a stone's throw away from Oxford. It's a spacious place with a cozy living room, three beautiful rooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen. On top of that, Alessio, the reception guy, was an absolute gem. He went above and beyond to guide us through the apartment and was always just a phone call away, day or night.
