PoolTable, Shuffleboard, Fooseball, Large Deck, Fire Pit & Lake View House is a spectacular three story, luxury home configured for large groups and extended families. The entertainment amenities include TVs in the game room and in the family room. The highspeed internet will keep you connected, there is also a regulation sized pool table, full-sized shuffleboard table, foosball along with ring toss & let's not forget those poker players we have a full size round poker table.
The magnificent Lake View House has abundant sleeping space for 20 guests. A spectacular master bedroom, seven additional oversized bedrooms, an ultra-modern kitchen, a spacious game room, a large comfortable family room, and a custom designed bar area. The first floor has a CUSTOM DESIGNED BAR area that is large enough to accommodate all your friends and relatives with the game room. 1st floor also has two large queen bedrooms and a full bath. The laundry is also located on this floor consisting of a washer and a drier. Located on the main floor is an extremely large family room, a gas fireplace, and the most comfortable furniture you could imagine for watching the oversized LED Smart TV. The ultra-modern kitchen is perfect for large families with a spacious granite countertop breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped with all upgraded cookware, a side-by-side refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. Your dining area has a pair of solid wood tables with matching seating for 20. There are two queen bedrooms on this floor, and one full and one-half bath. This is the perfect setup for a grandparent of loved one that does not want to do a lot of stairs.The third floor has the oversized master bedroom with an attached bath. This floor also has a large full bathroom, a queen bedroom, bunk room & family suite. The Lake View House is situated on a wooded lot, with an open area fire pit. There is also plenty of seating on the wrap around decks, with a four-burner propane grill and a large picnic table. You may never want to leave this fabulous location but if you do Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski areas are less than 2 miles away, and there are several water parks in the area & a ton of other activities.
You must be 25 years old to rent the house. We don't allow proms or senior getaways. You must bring your lines or set them up with our cleaning service.

Our stay at the Lake Harmony house was PERFECT. It fit our group of 16 - 10 adults and 6 kids perfectly. The dining room was big enough for us to all eat together and play games, there was space to give the adults time to hang out and the basement game room kept the kids busy for hours! The restaurants near by are great but there are no sidewalks so be carful if you walk! 10/10 stay. Thank you for offering such a wonderful space to get together with old friends and celebrate my husbands birthday!

We spent a family gathering and could not have asked for a more perfect stay. The house was well maintained decor instantly made us feel welcomed — One of the highlights was the lake view from the deck. Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck or reading a book it was just amazing. We already booked for next year.
